Install Yew Terminal Bridge.
One-time install on the same computer that runs your shop's POS. After it's set up, the bridge stays running in your menu bar / system tray and reconnects automatically. Charges flow through without any extra steps.

- Open the .dmg and drag Yew Terminal Bridge to Applications.
- First launch: macOS may say "can't be opened because it's from an unidentified developer." Right-click the app and choose Open.
- The bridge stays running in your menu bar. Close the window — it keeps connecting in the background.

- Run the installer. Next → Next → Finish.
- If SmartScreen warns, click "More info" → "Run anyway." The app is unsigned for now.

- Double-click yew-bridge.exe. No system install, no admin rights.
- Useful for shared shop PCs you can't install software on.
What happens after install.
- Open the bridge. You'll see a four-step wizard.
- Paste the 6-character pairing code your Yew operator emailed you.
- Enter the IP address of your PAX A80 (the bridge will help find it).
- Hit Test connection. Once it goes green, you're done — close the window and forget about it.
